Douglas Fir 5 Ply Table

2000mm diameter x 750mm high. 36mm thick ply parts

A table commission by Frieze for a new meeting room table. Fabricated from custom made solid Douglas Fir plywood. A core sheet of try-ply, was faced with 8mm thick slices of vertical grain cut douglas fir in 90mm wide strips.
The central ‘column’ of the table contains power and data feeds, and the circular top is connected to the projecting fins by knock down connector fittings.
