Milan Salone Satellite 2003

I exhibited 3 projects. Each was displayed as components as well as in it's assembled state. The assembled versions were at the front, closest to the visitors walking past, and the components were further back, available for closer inspection, if the people chose to come into the stand. The wall at the back of the had stop frame photographs of the pieces being put together. These photographs were also used for the inner pages of a folded leaflet I designed to promote the projects. When thinking about the design of the stand I made a conscious decision to not stand about at the front of the space amongst the exhibits, but instead adopted a less confrontational position at the back of the stand seated at a small booth where I could talk with visitors to the stand away the busy area at the front.
The stand was one of 15 nominated for the Design Report award for "Best Products and Stand", out of the four hundred exhibitors.
