Finalist, restricted international design competition 2006
Competition entry for proposals to regenerate Vejle Spinning Mill, a redundant industrial complex, into a cultural & commercial centre. Interventions introduced at the 11,500m2 site include strategic removal of existing structures to create courtyards, improving visibility & access for pedestrians & vehicles, & siting a central public area around which other key functions such as galleries & theatres are arranged to create a new hub.
